Updated Schedule Starting Monday March 18th

We have made a few small adjustments to maximize your training time! 

No Changes:

  • MKG Littles
  • MKG Kids
  • MKG Phase 1
    • Expect that Saturday Phase 1 is back at 11 am!
  • MKG Phase 2

Focus Class Changes:

  • Panantukan and Weaponry have swapped times
    • Panantukan at 6 pm
    • Weaponry at 7 pm
  • Grappling has moved
    • Grappling - Friday at 6 pm
  • Jun Fan/JKD has moved
    • JKD - Wednesday at 6 pm

Foundations and Fitness Classes have Expanded:

  • Kickboxing Essentials
    • Monday / Wednesday / Friday at 5:15 pm
  • Stick To It
    • Tuesday / Thursday at 5:00 pm and Saturday at 10:15 pm

MKG 60 Classes are gone but not forgotten:

  • We have added open gym times with a specific thought to give you and your partner/s to get extended training time for MKG 60. There will be staff/instructors available during these times for help and guidance.
    • Saturday - 12:15 - 1:00 pm (gym closes at 1:30 pm)
    • Sunday - 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (Gym Closes at 12:30 pm)
