Thank to everyone that added your voice by responding to the survey!
After going over all of the responses, what came out is that you were interested in have classes on Friday nights, as long as they are earlier in the evening. Also, it seemed as though most were interested in having a Foundations type class and a focus type class.
So as of June 1st we will be doing adding these classes to our Friday schedule!
4:30 pm – Stick To It Fitness
5:30 pm – *NEW* Muay Thai / Thai Boxing Focus Class
These classes will be on a trial basis through the summer and let us know what you think.
